If you want to learn more on Illustrator or Photoshop you can find there some very useful tutorials about how can you build up a very good web design or create interesting images and pictures (e.g. Photoshop CS Splash page).

And if you have a look at the "link" section, you can also find a very handly and functional list of designer's web sites (SEE), tutorials (LEARN) on Flash Photoshop and CSS or (USE) nice mini-pixel icons, photos or utilities for web site development!
