Spend two days in the company of the leading lights in the field of user experience, Lou Rosenfeld and Steve Krug. Learn everything there is to know about site search analytics and usability testing from the blokes who wrote the books on it.

Who If you're going to learn something, learn it from the masters – that's our philosophy here at Etre. Which is why we're bringing you Lou Rosenfeld and Steve Krug – the authors of Information Architecture for the World Wide Web (aka “the information architect's bible”) and Don't Make Me Think (aka "the usability professional's bible"). Is there anyone better qualified to teach you the ins and outs of user experience? In a word: No.

What Etre Get Together 2010 consists of two hands-on workshops on Site Search Analytics and Discount Usability Testing. On day one, Lou will show you how analysing your search queries can help tune and improve your site and expose new opportunities for improving your business strategy. While on day two, Steve will teach you how to improve your site by doing your own low-cost/no-cost usability testing.

Where The Institute of Contemporary Arts in London has been at the centre of many of the most significant artistic and cultural developments in the past 60 years in the United Kingdom. It also provides a forum for the creative industries to meet and connect – which makes it the ideal venue for Etre Get Together 2010.
