Ideal for development teams, managers and those wanting to move into or already getting started in usability. Usability and good user experience are crucial to the success of all web sites or intranets and particularly for e-commerce.

This one-day course covers best practice in web and intranet usability from a design perspective. It includes several practical activities that can improve the design process and provide persuasive evidence of the need for usable design to colleagues and managers. Several engaging practical activities are included to give participants first hand experience of usable design. The course is aimed primarily at designers and developers (see audience for more details).

This course has been a regular feature of several international conferences and was most recently presented at UPA 2010 in Munich. BIMA members receive a 10% discount by entering BIMA1008 as the booking code on the checkout form
